Everything else.

Questions that do not fit the other five routes. Inbound we cannot categorize. Requests to speak to a specific person when you do not have their direct email. We read everything that comes in here and route it to whoever can actually help.

002 / What To Expect

A human will read your message. A human will reply.

No auto-responder beyond "we got it." No multi-week silence. No bounce to a contact form. We operate small and directly — the cost of keeping inboxes staffed and honest is lower than the cost of inbound that goes unanswered.

The response times above are our operating commitments, not aspirational targets. If you have sent something and not heard back, send it again — mail does occasionally get lost, and we would rather be pinged twice than miss a message that mattered.

The one category we deliberately do not maintain a public inbox for: investor inquiries. Existing investors have direct contact with the founders. For prospective investors, the introduction path is through the existing cap table.

Mexico City

Engineering, product, design, revenue, and operations are headquartered in CDMX. Most hires are hybrid from here, with significant in-person time expected. This is where Saptiva AI is built.

Forward Deployed Engineers ship inside customer teams across Mexico, Central America, Colombia, Chile, and Brazil. The platform is deployed everywhere our customers are. Mexico City is the base. The map is wider.
