Embedded with customers. Ownership on every step.

• Work embedded with customers (on-site, hybrid, or remote) to understand processes, data, and real business needs.
• Identify and prioritize use cases where AI can generate measurable value.
• Design, prototype, and deploy solutions: data, models, evaluation, UI, and integration with existing systems.
• Support customer adoption with documentation, training, and handover.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to convert field learnings into platform improvements.
• Measure outcomes and help expand the relationship with new use cases.

The shape of the engineer we hire.

• 3+ years of experience as an AI / Software Engineer building systems in production.
• Strong command of Python - not just notebooks - FastAPI, Pydantic, and experience with LLM orchestration frameworks.
• Working knowledge of GPU compute and machine learning lifecycle management (MLOps).
• Experience building RAG solutions and familiarity with agents.
• Solid command of Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, and cloud or on-prem deployments.
• Ability to integrate enterprise systems via APIs, SQL, SSO / SAML, and common connectors.
• Ability to build a functional UI when needed.
• Excellent communication, ownership, and comfort with ambiguity.

Nice to have, not required.

• Prior experience in technical consulting, solutions engineering, sales engineering, or FDE roles.
• Experience in industries like banking, insurance, retail, manufacturing, energy, or government.
• Professional English.
• Experience with fine-tuning, LoRA, and evaluation of open-source models (Llama, Qwen, Mistral, etc).

We are currently hiring FDEs in two locations. Both are hybrid, with significant in-person time expected - close to the customer is the point of the role.
